The Xu Lab has installed an INTEGRA ASSIST PLUS pipetting robot, adding compact, automated liquid handling to our laboratory.
The platform automates repetitive pipetting with compatible INTEGRA electronic multichannel pipettes and can also be configured with the D-ONE single-channel module. Its deck supports up to four labware positions and automated tip loading and ejection. According to the manufacturer, the system can support workflows such as serial dilution, plate filling, reagent addition, plate duplication and reformatting, tube-to-plate transfer, normalization, hit picking, and master mix preparation.
This new capability will help reduce repetitive manual pipetting while improving consistency and freeing researchers to focus on experimental design, observation, and data analysis.
